My Favorite Neck Pillow for Travel

Woman wearing the Trtl Travel Pillow Cool for neck support on a flight

I bought this neck pillow for our last trip to Europe—and I’m so glad I gave it a chance.

I have bulging discs in my neck, so support is a must, especially on long flights. I was worried it might feel awkward or restrictive, but it wasn’t.

It surprised me—it’s genuinely comfortable.

It gives real support without needing to lean against anything, which is a game changer when you’re stuck in a middle seat or trying to sleep upright.

It’s incredibly lightweight—not like those bulky U-shaped pillows that take up half your carry-on. It folds down small and is easy to pack.

I thought it might be too warm, but it’s not. In fact, it’s surprisingly comforting—like the difference between sleeping with a blanket or without one. Think cuddly.

What I really love is that I can rest my head in any position and it stays put. That makes a big difference when you’re trying to rest for hours in the air.
